RenderArchi provides users with AI-generated architectural renderings through its platform, which users may access and use subject to the terms and conditions in this Agreement.

3User Content

RenderArchi users can upload and store architectural rendering images generated using our services. By uploading and storing this content, users represent and warrant that they have all necessary rights and permissions to use and upload such content. Users retain ownership of their assets (the generated images). If a user's profile visibility is set to 'public', RenderArchi may display these assets publicly on the Site and across our services.

All images generated by free users may be displayed on the community page for a period of time, which showcases the latest design works. These images may be selected for display on other pages of RenderArchi to highlight good use cases of the website.

4Asset Ownership and Licensing

As long as you comply with the terms outlined in this Agreement and any restrictions required by law, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use this Service for personal or commercial purposes. Any assets created using this Service are owned by you, and RenderArchi transfers all rights, ownership, and interests in these assets to you for personal or commercial use as a paid user. Each person must have their own account, and you are responsible for all activities under your account. If you violate any of our terms of service, your right to use our services may be immediately terminated.

5Refund Policy

At RenderArchi, we are committed to ensuring our users purchase with confidence. To help you fully experience our services, we offer free credits for new users to try before purchasing. Therefore, to the extent permitted by applicable law, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

• Exception: If you are unable to use the service due to technical failures of the RenderArchi platform itself, upon verification, we will refund the amount corresponding to the remaining unused credits in your account.
